2. RETURNS
- Within 30 days of delivery.
- Unopened, unused, original packaging.
- Opened supplements non-returnable unless defective.
- Proof of purchase required.
3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Contact us within 7 days with photos. Full refund or replacement at no cost.
4. HOW TO RETURN
Initiate via 1up.fit with order number and reason.
5. PROCESSING
Approved refunds in 7-10 business days to original payment method.
6. SHIPPING
Customer covers return shipping unless item is defective.
7. NON-RETURNABLE
- Opened supplements (unless defective).
- Clearance items.
- Gift cards.
8. CANCELLATIONS
